Job Summary
Operate across regional or national lanes (all 48 states except Oregon, New York & Washington) using refrigerated trailers for no-touch freight deliveries. Conduct pre-trip and post-trip inspections to ensure vehicle safety, maintain compliance with federal and state transportation regulations, and handle freight securely. Ensure timely pickups while communicating effectively with dispatchers regarding delivery status. Work solo with 3 weeks on the road and 3-4 days of home time, maintaining an excellent driving record and understanding ELD/HOS requirements. Pay is $0.68 per mile with a daily guarantee of $290.
Required Qualifications
- Class A CDL
- Drivers must be aged 21 or over
- Excellent driving record for the past 3 years
- Must have experience with ELD
- Must understand the HOS (hours of service)
- Ability to handle freight securely and responsibly during transit
Desired Qualifications
- prefer 1 year of CDL driving experience
- Proven experience in truck driving, especially in commercial driving environments involving tractor-trailers
- prefer 1 year of experience with refrigerated trailers
