Job Summary
Transport building materials to construction sites, companies, and private customers throughout the Netherlands using a truck-mounted forklift for loading, unloading, and safe placement. Manage multi-day trips with rotating schedules of six weeks in the country followed by three weeks at home, sleeping in the truck during weekdays and using arranged accommodation at weekends. Complete transport documents, operate a digital tachograph, and communicate professionally with clients and planners while maintaining vehicle and equipment standards.
Required Qualifications
- Valid CE driving licence
- Valid Code 95
- Valid driver card
- Relevant experience as a CE truck driver
- Willingness to make multi-day trips
- Ability to work independently
- A responsible and safety-focused attitude
- You speak good English to communicate with clients
- Willingness to load and unload building materials
- A forklift certificate or willingness to obtain one
Desired Qualifications
- Experience with a truck-mounted forklift is helpful, but training can be provided
- Experience with a truck-mounted forklift is an advantage
