Truck Driver - CDL Class A

Job Summary
Transport cargo to and from specified destinations using a truck with capacity up to three tons and usually six wheels. Load, secure, verify, and unload cargo; prepare delivery schedules; and deliver materials to customer-designated locations. Obtain customer signatures for proof of delivery and assist with unloading. Prepare, receive, and provide appropriate documentation for goods to ensure timely service. Perform Warehouse Associate duties when not driving. Requires a valid CDL Class A license, satisfactory driving record, and at least two years of truck driving experience. Forklift experience and ability to lift up to 50 pounds are necessary.
Required Qualifications
- Monday through Friday; 5:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m.
- Must have a satisfactory driving record
- Must have CDL Classification/Certification
- Requires applicable truck driver license for state
- High school degree or equivalent
- Must have a valid CDL License
- 2 years required of truck driving experience
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
- Ability to be on your feet for extended periods
- Vision - near, far, night
- Ability to detect or tell differences between sounds varying in pitch and loudness
- Ability to quickly respond (with hand, finger, foot) to signals (sound, light, picture) when it appears
