Job Summary
Operate Class A tractor-trailer in team operations within the FedEx Linehaul network; run long-haul, over-the-road routes with 5,000–7,250 miles per week; perform 100% Drop Hook, no-touch freight; conduct pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections; maintain accurate logs and required documentation; communicate with dispatch regarding routes, delays, or issues; comply with DOT regulations and company safety requirements; benefits include detention pay, health insurance, PTO, and a $2,000 bonus for existing FedEx drivers.
Required Qualifications
- Valid Class A Commercial Driver's License (CDL) with a clean record
- Minimum 2 years of verifiable driving experience
- Pass background check
- Pass drug/alcohol screening and DOT physical
- Meet all FedEx Linehaul and company safety requirements
