Job Summary
Operate Class A tractor-trailer in team operations within the FedEx Linehaul network; perform long-haul, over-the-road routes with 5,000–7,250 miles per week and 100% drop hook no-touch freight; conduct pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections; maintain accurate logs and required documentation; communicate with dispatch regarding routes, delays, or issues; comply with DOT regulations and safety requirements; home time every 2–3 weeks; benefits include detention pay, health insurance, and PTO; special bonus offered for existing FedEx drivers.
Required Qualifications
- Valid Class A Commercial Driver's License (CDL)
- Minimum 2 years of verifiable driving experience
- Pass background check
- Pass drug/alcohol screening and DOT physical
- Meet all FedEx Linehaul and company safety requirements
