Truck Driver - CDL (B) Commercial

Conduct complete pre- and post-operation vehicle inspections to ensure tire pressure, fluid levels, and safety equipment are in proper working order. Safely operate a collection truck along designated routes, reading route sheets, following maps, and servicing customers as assigned by dispatchers. Perform compactor operations to lift, load, and dispose of refuse at designated facilities while maintaining adherence to all Company, state, and federal regulations. Report any safety issues on standard reports and complete daily vehicle condition reports to track defects. Identify unsatisfactory waste containers, tag them per departmental procedures, and clean areas around accidental spills. Monitor waste for evidence of unacceptable material and ensure the truck remains operationally ready to minimize downtime. Maintain productivity standards and actively participate in the Company's ReSOP program.
