Job Summary
Part-time CDL A truck driver delivering products on designated routes to customers. Responsibilities include unloading at delivery locations, obtaining delivery confirmation and customer signatures, performing pre- and post-trip vehicle inspections, maintaining DOT logs, and handling delivery paperwork. Requires high school diploma or GED (preferred), valid Class A CDL, and 6 months/50,000 miles of experience. Must be able to work up to 60 hours per week including nights and weekends, read maps and route schedules, and have good communication and safety-consciousness. Overnight travel may be required. Customer service skills and familiarity with GPS/Electronic On-Board Recorder systems are valued.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED (preferred)
- Valid Class A Commercial Driver's License (required)
- Six Months or at least 50,000 miles of all seasons commercial driving experience (required)
- Must pass DOT physical examination and DOT pre-employment drug test
- Must be able to work up to 60 hours per week including nights and weekends
- Ability to travel with overnights on occasion
