Job Summary
The Truck Driver is responsible for picking up and delivering machinery, equipment, parts, and supplies. Key duties include operating and maintaining assigned delivery vehicles, ensuring customer satisfaction, maintaining records of deliveries, safely loading and unloading vehicles, and following company safety procedures. Qualified candidates must have a high school diploma, a valid Class A Driver’s License, meet DOT regulations, and possess at least six months of related experience. The position requires physical capability to handle heavy loads and perform driving duties under varying conditions.
Required Qualifications
- Must have high school diploma or equivalent
- Must hold a current and valid Class A Driver’s License
- Must meet all U.S. DOT regulations and certifications
- Must participate in random testing through company’s Drug and Alcohol Consortium
- Must have a minimum of six months of related experience
- Ability to lift or move up to 50 lbs and occasionally up to 100 lbs
- Ability to tolerate bending, stooping, stretching and prolonged standing
