Job Summary
Truck Driver/Applicator for CHS Southwest Grain in New Salem, ND responsible for applying agricultural inputs during spring and fall and driving a Class A CDL truck in summer and winter; duties include loading/unloading, sampling and preparing trucks/railcars, inventory control, vehicle and safety maintenance, and delivering products to customer sites with adherence to hours of service and safety policies.
Required Qualifications
- High School diploma or GED preferred
- Maintain or be able to obtain a CDL and DOT medical card
- Hazmat, Tanker, and Air Brake endorsements preferred
- Valid Class A CDL preferred
- Agriculture background preferred
- Bulk liquid, Pressure trailer, or Forklift experience preferred
- Ability to read, write and communicate in English
- Must meet minimum age requirement
- Ability to work additional hours and occasional weekends
