Truck and Transport Mechanic (Journeyperson)

Job Summary
Perform diagnostics and repairs on heavy-duty trucks and municipal equipment; conduct preventative maintenance; maintain a clean, safe workspace; collaborate with the Service Writer and Parts team to ensure efficient service; bring strong knowledge of hydraulic and electrical systems; hold Journeyperson Truck and Transport Mechanic (preferred) or related technician status; CVIP license is an asset for inspection work; requires a valid driver's license with a satisfactory abstract; in-shop, permanent role based in Nisku, AB; competitive compensation with signing bonus, profit-sharing, training, and benefits.
Required Qualifications
- Journeyperson Truck and Transport Mechanic (preferred) or Heavy Duty Equipment Technician
- 3+ years of experience with heavy-duty trucks or equipment
- CVIP license would be an asset (required for inspection work)
- Valid Driver’s License with satisfactory abstract
