Truck and Concrete Pump Technician

Job Summary
Perform preventive maintenance services on truck chassis and concrete pump units, inspecting fleet vehicles to ensure safety and reliability. Diagnose mechanical issues and complete on-site adjustments or repairs, escalating complex repairs to the maintenance team as needed. Coordinate daily with area and fleet managers on task priorities, while tracking lubrication intervals and service work through digital work orders. Adhere to all safety protocols, report hazards, and maintain a clean, organized work area. This full-time role requires 1-2 years of hands-on equipment maintenance experience, proficiency in electrical diagnostics and hydraulics, and the ability to supply your own hand tools.
Required Qualifications
- 1-2 years of experience in truck or equipment maintenance, or a comparable hands-on role
- Working knowledge of fleet maintenance and repair procedures
- Must supply your own hand tools
Desired Qualifications
- Direct experience with heavy construction equipment
- Proficiency in electrical diagnostics and hydraulics
- Class B CDL license
- Relevant industry certifications
