Prepare all breakfast items for service and welcome guests with a professional attitude. Replenish food and beverages, clean tables immediately after guests leave, and ensure spills are addressed instantly. Maintain overall cleanliness of the breakfast area, wash and sanitize serving utensils, and manage coffee and tea service throughout the shift. Sweep, mop, and take out trash at the end of each service. Report issues to the Lead Breakfast Host and answer guest inquiries about hotel facilities or local attractions. Follow all department policies and assist with closing duties and next-day restocking.
