TRS Regional Operations Manager

Job Summary
Lead and mentor Operations Managers across multiple locations while overseeing shop performance, P&L, and cost efficiency. Conduct bi-annual shop audits to track compliance with company and customer standards, ensuring technician training and certification requirements are met. Support new shop start-ups from hiring through full operational readiness, approve expense reports and vacation schedules, and serve as backup for Operations Managers when needed. Drive improvements in safety, customer satisfaction, and operational processes. Extensive travel required to visit shop locations, including frequent air travel and driving long distances. Required Qualifications
- Extensive travel required
- Experience as a Service Manager, Operations Manager, or General Manager in truck, trailer, or transport refrigeration maintenance
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Proficient with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Valid driver's license
- Ability to lift 25 lbs, work in shop environments, and adapt to varying conditions

- High school diploma or equivalent (college degree a plus)
