Job Summary
As Tropical Smoothie Café General Manager in Fishers, IN, lead the crew to deliver hospitality and brand standards while driving sales growth and controlling costs. Responsible for maintaining sanitation and appearance standards, communicating marketing and promotional materials, executing local store marketing campaigns, and building brand loyalty through customer engagement. Oversees ingredient preparation, service of fresh food and smoothies to standards, and the overall operation of front and back of house. Manages staffing, training and development, and ensures reliable transportation and operational excellence. Required Qualifications
- Education: High school degree or equivalent
