Job Summary
Interact with customers, vendors, and team members while delivering unparalleled hospitality. Prepare ingredients, assemble fresh food and smoothies to brand standards, and operate the register by taking orders and handling cash accurately. Maintain sanitation practices throughout the kitchen, dining room, and restrooms, and set up or monitor workstations as needed. Clean all areas in the cafe and follow safety and security policies. Perform any additional tasks necessary to run the café smoothly. Work flexible hours starting at 5:00 AM or until midnight based on café availability. Required Qualifications
- Able to work starting at 5:00 AM or until midnight if required
- Continuous standing and walking throughout the duration of each shift
- Bending, lifting and carrying up to 30 pounds
- Constant face-to-face interactions with crew members and customers
- Safely navigate in a fast-paced cafe environment
- Ability to multi-task and remain positive in sometimes stressful working conditions
- Frequent walking, standing, bending, stopping, overhead reaching and stretching
- Lifting no greater than 50 pounds
