Job Summary
Interact with customers, vendors, and team members while delivering unparalleled hospitality. Prepare ingredients, assemble fresh food and smoothies, and operate the register to handle orders and cash. Maintain sanitation practices, clean workstations and dining areas, and monitor food preparation stations. Follow safety policies, stock inventory, and perform additional tasks necessary to run the café. Work flexible hours starting at 5:00 AM or until midnight based on café availability. Required Qualifications
- Able to work starting at 5:00 AM or until midnight if required, based on café hours and availability
- Continuous standing and walking throughout the duration of each shift
- Bending, lifting and carrying up to 30 pounds to perform duties like stocking, refilling ice or taking out trash
- Constant face-to-face interactions with crew members and customers
- Safely navigate in a fast-paced café environment
- Ability to multi-task and remain positive in sometimes stressful working conditions
- Frequent walking, standing, bending, stopping, overhead reaching and stretching
- Lifting no greater than 50 pounds
