Job Summary
Interact with team members, customers, and vendors while delivering unparalleled hospitality at every visit. Prepare ingredients, assemble and serve fresh food and smoothies to brand standards, and operate the register including taking orders and handling cash responsibly. Maintain sanitation practices, set up and monitor workstations, and clean the kitchen, dining room, restrooms, and other areas. Follow safety and security policies while performing additional tasks necessary to run the café. Requires continuous standing, walking, lifting up to 30 pounds, and navigating a fast-paced environment. Flexible hours available from 5:00 AM to midnight based on café needs.
Required Qualifications
- Continuous standing and walking throughout the duration of each shift
- Bending, lifting and carrying up to 30 pounds
- Constant face-to-face interactions with crew members and customers
- Safely navigate in a fast-paced cafe environment
- Ability to multi-task and remain positive in sometimes stressful working conditions
- Frequent walking, standing, bending, stopping, overhead reaching and stretching
- Lifting no greater than 50 pounds
