Job Summary
Interact with team members, customers, and vendors while delivering unparalleled hospitality. Prepare ingredients, assemble fresh food and smoothies to brand standards, and operate the register by taking orders and handling cash accurately. Maintain sanitation practices, set up and monitor workstations, and clean kitchen, dining, and restroom areas. Follow safety and security policies while performing additional tasks necessary to run the cafe. Work flexible hours starting at 5:00 AM or until midnight based on café availability.
Required Qualifications
- Continuous standing and walking throughout the duration of each shift
- Bending, lifting and carrying up to 30 pounds
- Constant face-to-face interactions with crew members and customers
- Safely navigate in a fast-paced cafe environment
- Ability to multi-task and remain positive in sometimes stressful working conditions
- Frequent walking, standing, bending, stopping, overhead reaching and stretching
- Lifting no greater than 50 pounds
