Job Summary
Interact with customers, team members, and vendors while delivering unparalleled hospitality. Prepare ingredients, assemble and serve fresh food and smoothies to brand standards, and operate the register by taking orders and handling cash accurately. Maintain sanitation practices, set up and monitor workstations, and clean kitchen, dining, and restroom areas. Follow safety and security policies while performing any additional tasks necessary to run the cafe. This role requires continuous standing, lifting up to 30 pounds, and navigating a fast-paced environment. Flexible hours are available, starting at 5:00 AM or until midnight, based on café hours and availability.
Required Qualifications
- Able to work starting at 5:00 AM or until midnight if required, based on café hours and availability
- Continuous standing and walking throughout the duration of each shift
- Bending, lifting and carrying up to 30 pounds to perform duties like stocking, refilling ice or taking out trash
- Constant face-to-face interactions with crew members and customers
- Safely navigate in a fast-paced café environment
- Ability to multi-task and remain positive in sometimes stressful working conditions
- Frequent walking, standing, bending, stopping, overhead reaching and stretching
- Lifting no greater than 50 pounds
