Job Summary
Interact with team members, customers, and vendors while delivering unparalleled hospitality. Prepare ingredients and assemble fresh food and smoothies to brand standards using proper sanitation practices. Set up and monitor workstations, then clean and organize the kitchen, dining room, restrooms, and other cafe areas. Operate the register to take orders, handle cash accurately, and manage the drawer. Follow safety and security policies while performing additional tasks necessary to run the cafe. Requires continuous standing, walking, lifting up to 30 pounds, and navigating a fast-paced environment. Flexible hours available from 5:00 AM to midnight based on café needs.
Required Qualifications
- Able to work starting at 5:00 AM or until midnight if required, based on café hours and availability
- Continuous standing and walking throughout the duration of each shift
- Bending, lifting and carrying up to 30 pounds to perform duties like stocking, refilling ice or taking out trash
- Constant face-to-face interactions with crew members and customers
- Safely navigate in a fast-paced café environment
- Ability to multi-task and remain positive in sometimes stressful working conditions
- Frequent walking, standing, bending, stopping, overhead reaching and stretching
- Lifting no greater than 50 pounds
