Job Summary
Interact with customers, team members, and vendors while delivering unparalleled hospitality. Prepare ingredients, assemble and serve fresh food and smoothies adhering to brand standards, and operate the register by taking orders and handling cash accurately. Maintain sanitation practices throughout food preparation and cleaning kitchen, workstations, dining rooms, and restrooms. Monitor food and smoothie work stations, follow safety and security policies, and perform additional tasks necessary to run the cafe. Work flexible hours from 5:00 AM to midnight based on café availability.
Required Qualifications
- Able to work starting at 5:00 AM or until midnight if required
- Continuous standing and walking throughout the duration of each shift
- Bending, lifting and carrying up to 30 pounds
- Constant face-to-face interactions with crew members and customers
- Safely navigate in a fast-paced cafe environment
- Ability to multi-task and remain positive in sometimes stressful working conditions
- Frequent walking, standing, bending, stopping, overhead reaching and stretching
- Lifting no greater than 50 pounds
