Job Summary
Interact with customers, team members, and vendors while delivering unparalleled hospitality. Prepare ingredients, assemble and serve fresh food and smoothies to brand standards, and operate the register by taking orders and handling cash accurately. Set up and monitor workstations, clean kitchen and dining areas, and follow all sanitation and safety policies. Perform any additional tasks necessary to run the cafe. This role requires continuous standing, lifting up to 30 pounds, and navigating a fast-paced environment. Flexible hours are available, starting at 5:00 AM or until midnight based on café needs. Required Qualifications
- Able to work starting at 5:00 AM or until midnight if required
- Continuous standing and walking throughout the duration of each shift
- Bending, lifting and carrying up to 30 pounds
- Constant face-to-face interactions with crew members and customers
- Safely navigate in a fast-paced cafe environment
- Ability to multi-task and remain positive in sometimes stressful working conditions
- Frequent walking, standing, bending, stopping, overhead reaching and stretching
- Lifting no greater than 50 pounds
