Job Summary
Operate the register, take customer orders, and handle cash while serving fresh food and smoothies to every visitor. Prepare ingredients, assemble menu items to brand standards, and maintain sanitation practices throughout the kitchen and dining areas. Set up workstations, clean all cafe spaces, and interact with team members and vendors using core values. Work flexible hours from 5:00 AM to midnight as required, navigating a fast-paced environment while lifting up to 50 pounds. Required Qualifications
- Continuous standing and walking throughout the duration of each shift
- Bending, lifting and carrying up to 30 pounds
- Constant face-to-face interactions with crew members and customers
- Safely navigate in a fast-paced cafe environment
- Ability to multi-task and remain positive in sometimes stressful working conditions
- Frequent walking, standing, bending, stopping, overhead reaching and stretching
- Lifting no greater than 50 pounds
