Job Summary
Operate the register, take customer orders, and accurately handle cash while delivering unparalleled hospitality. Prepare ingredients, assemble fresh food and smoothies to brand standards, and maintain sanitation practices throughout the kitchen and dining areas. Set up and monitor workstations, clean all cafe spaces, and interact with team members, customers, and vendors using core values. Navigate the fast-paced environment while performing additional tasks necessary to run the café. Work flexible hours starting at 5:00 AM or until midnight based on café availability.
Required Qualifications
- Able to work starting at 5:00 AM or until midnight if required
- Continuous standing and walking throughout the duration of each shift
- Bending, lifting and carrying up to 30 pounds
- Constant face-to-face interactions with crew members and customers
- Safely navigate in a fast-paced cafe environment
- Ability to multi-task and remain positive in sometimes stressful working conditions
- Frequent walking, standing, bending, stopping, overhead reaching and stretching
- Lifting no greater than 50 pounds
