Job Summary
Drive brand values and standards through all training and development activities while coaching, training, and managing crew members. Assist with hiring and staffing needs for under-staffed cafes, ensure team member programs execute per TSC & DYNE standards, and maintain operational compliance by using MyInventory to manage labor and control stock. Deliver unparalleled hospitality to customers and support new software rollouts. Requires flexible hours starting at 5:00 AM or until midnight, strong supervisory skills, and proficiency in Excel and Word. Candidates must have completed the Cafe Basics and Certified Trainer Program.
Required Qualifications
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent management and supervisory skills
- Strong working knowledge of Excel and Word
- Ability to learn to use other computer software programs
- Strong mathematical, analytical and problem solving skills
- Ability to read, understand and follow instructions
- Must be able to lift 30 pounds
- Must be able to lift 50 pounds
- Ability to multi-task and remain positive in sometimes stressful working conditions
- Successfully completed the Cafe Basics and Certified Trainer Program
