Job Summary
Lead shift operations by coaching and training crew members, managing inventory using MyInventory, and ensuring all stations meet brand standards. Drive brand values through daily training activities, assist with hiring and staffing for under-staffed locations, and support new software rollouts. Deliver unparalleled hospitality to customers while maintaining strict adherence to TSC and DYNE standards. Requires successful completion of the Cafe Basics and Certified Trainer Program, with flexible hours ranging from 5:00 AM to midnight.
Required Qualifications
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent management and supervisory skills
- Strong working knowledge of Excel and Word
- Ability to learn to use other computer software programs
- Strong mathematical, analytical and problem solving skills
- Ability to read, understand and follow instructions
- Must be able to lift 30 pounds
- Must be able to lift 50 pounds
- Ability to multi-task and remain positive in sometimes stressful working conditions
- Must be able to work starting at 5:00 AM or until midnight
- Must be able to work flexible hours
- Must be able to stand and walk throughout the duration of each shift
- Must be able to bend, stoop, and stretch
- Must be able to navigate in a fast-paced cafe environment
- Must be able to perform continuous face-to-face interactions with crew members and customers
