Job Summary
Manage shift operations and train crew members to uphold brand standards and deliver unparalleled hospitality. Assist with inventory training, coaching management and staff, and executing Cafe Basics and Certified Trainer programs. Support hiring needs for under-staffed cafes, manage labor and inventory using MyInventory, and ensure all stations meet Tropical Smoothie Café standards. Provide support for new software rollouts and maintain strict adherence to DYNE core values. Requires flexible hours from 5:00 AM to midnight, strong supervisory skills, and proficiency in Excel and Word.
Required Qualifications
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent management and supervisory skills
- Strong working knowledge of Excel and Word, and ability to learn to use other computer software programs
- Must have strong mathematical, analytical and problem solving skills
- Must be able to read, understand and follow instructions
- Continuous standing and walking throughout the duration of each shift
- Bending, lifting and carrying up to 30 pounds to perform duties like stocking, refilling ice or taking out trash
- Constant face-to-face interactions with crew members and customers
- Safely navigate in a fast-paced cafe environment
- Ability to multi-task and remain positive in sometimes stressful working conditions
- Frequent walking, standing, bending, stooping, overhead reaching and stretching
- Lifting no greater than 50 pounds
- Able to work starting at 5:00 AM or until midnight if required, based on café hours and availability
