Job Summary
Manage shift operations by training and coaching crew members, ensuring all stations meet brand standards and brand values are driven through development activities. Assist with hiring needs for under-staffed cafes, oversee inventory training, and support new software rollouts using MyInventory to manage labor and control stock. Deliver unparalleled hospitality to customers while maintaining strict adherence to Tropical Smoothie Café and DYNE standards across all training programs. Requires flexible hours from 5:00 AM to midnight, strong supervisory skills, and proficiency in Excel and Word.
Required Qualifications
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent management and supervisory skills
- Strong working knowledge of Excel and Word, and ability to learn to use other computer software programs
- Must have strong mathematical, analytical and problem solving skills
- Must be able to read, understand and follow instructions
- Must be able to lift 30 pounds
- Must be able to lift 50 pounds
- Able to work starting at 5:00 AM or until midnight if required
- Must be able to stand and walk throughout the duration of each shift
- Must be able to bend, lift and carry up to 30 pounds
- Must be able to safely navigate in a fast-paced cafe environment
- Must be able to multi-task and remain positive in sometimes stressful working conditions
- Must be able to perform frequent walking, standing, bending, stooping, overhead reaching and stretching
