Job Summary
Conduct training and coaching for management and crew members while driving brand values and standards through all development activities. Manage hiring and staffing needs for critically under-staffed cafes, assist with inventory training, and support new software rollouts. Ensure team member programs execute per TSC and DYNE standards, maintain cafe station operations, and deliver unparalleled hospitality to customers using MyInventory tools. Requires flexible hours from 5:00 AM to midnight, strong supervisory skills, and proficiency in Excel and Word.
Required Qualifications
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent management and supervisory skills
- Strong working knowledge of Excel and Word
- Ability to learn to use other computer software programs
- Strong mathematical, analytical and problem solving skills
- Ability to read, understand and follow instructions
- Must be able to lift 30 pounds
- Must be able to lift 50 pounds
- Ability to multi-task and remain positive in sometimes stressful working conditions
- Successfully completed the Cafe Basics and Certified Trainer Program
