Job Summary
Manage shift operations by training and coaching crew members, ensuring brand standards are upheld across all stations. Assist with hiring, staffing needs, and inventory training while utilizing MyInventory to manage labor and control stock. Deliver unparalleled hospitality to customers and interact effectively with vendors, all while maintaining strict adherence to DYNE Hospitality Group core values. Support new software rollouts and execute training programs per TSC and DYNE standards. Requires flexible hours starting at 5:00 AM or until midnight, with a focus on driving brand values through development activities.
Required Qualifications
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent management and supervisory skills
- Strong working knowledge of Excel and Word, and ability to learn to use other computer software programs
- Must have strong mathematical, analytical and problem solving skills
- Must be able to read, understand and follow instructions
- Continuous standing and walking throughout the duration of each shift
- Bending, lifting and carrying up to 30 pounds to perform duties like stocking, refilling ice or taking out trash
- Constant face-to-face interactions with crew members and customers
- Safely navigate in a fast-paced cafe environment
- Ability to multi-task and remain positive in sometimes stressful working conditions
- Frequent walking, standing, bending, stooping, overhead reaching and stretching
- Lifting no greater than 50 pounds
- Successfully completed the Cafe Basics and Certified Trainer Program
