Job Summary
Coordinate training, coaching, and development for management and crew members while driving brand values and standards across all activities. Manage hiring and staffing needs for critically under-staffed cafes, assist with inventory training, and ensure all station operations meet Tropical Smoothie Café standards. Support new software rollouts, utilize MyInventory to control labor and inventory, and deliver unparalleled hospitality to customers. Requires completion of Cafe Basics and Certified Trainer Program, with flexible hours available from 5:00 AM to midnight.
Required Qualifications
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent management and supervisory skills
- Strong working knowledge of Excel and Word
- Ability to learn to use other computer software programs
- Strong mathematical, analytical and problem solving skills
- Ability to read, understand and follow instructions
- Must be able to lift 30 pounds
- Must be able to lift 50 pounds
- Ability to multi-task and remain positive in sometimes stressful working conditions
- Successfully completed the Cafe Basics and Certified Trainer Program
