Job Summary

Manage inventory, train and coach crew and management, and drive brand standards across all training and development activities. Assist with hiring and staffing needs while ensuring team member programs execute per TSC and DYNE standards. Deliver unparalleled hospitality to customers, manage labor and control inventory using MyInventory, and perform any additional tasks necessary to run the cafe. Maintain proficiency in each position within the cafe and ensure every station operates to Tropical Smoothie Café standards. Complete the Cafe Basics and Certified Trainer Program, utilizing strong communication and supervisory skills to uphold brand values in a fast-paced environment.

Required Qualifications

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Excellent management and supervisory skills
  • Strong working knowledge of Excel and Word
  • Ability to learn to use other computer software programs
  • Strong mathematical, analytical and problem solving skills
  • Ability to read, understand and follow instructions
  • Must be able to lift 30 pounds

  • Ability to multi-task and remain positive in sometimes stressful working conditions
