Job Summary
Recruit, train, and develop General Managers for up to 8–10 cafes while ensuring adherence to company policies, safety standards, and cleanliness protocols. Monitor daily and weekly KPI metrics, manage P&L reports, and develop strategies for sales growth to meet café targets. Address operational and people issues promptly and ensure guest satisfaction goals are met. Travel approximately 25% or more and work a 50 to 55-hour week with varied schedules. Model and live out the DYNE mission and pillars of culture, including Invest In People, Understand Why, Make Smart Decisions, and Make It Happen, while driving succession planning and continuous leadership improvement.
