Job Summary
Assist General Managers in operational support for up to 30–40 cafes, including new openings, GM transitions, and coverage during absences. Drive brand values and standards through training programs, coaching management and crew members, and ensuring all stations meet Tropical Smoothie Cafe requirements. Manage labor and inventory using MyInventory and Excel while supporting new software rollouts. Lead crew members by demonstrating core values in all interactions with customers, vendors, and staff. Requires valid driver's license, strong supervisory skills, and ability to work varied shifts including weekends and holidays.
Required Qualifications
- Must be willing to work starting at 5am OR until midnight if necessary
- High school diploma
- Two or more years of restaurant experience
- progressive supervisory experience
- Current valid driver's license
- proof of insurance
- Strong working knowledge of Excel and Word
- ability to learn to use other computer software programs
- Must have strong mathematical, analytical and problem solving skills
- Must be able to read, understand and follow instructions
- Continuous standing and walking throughout the duration of each shift
- Bending, lifting and carrying up to 30 pounds
- Safely navigate in a fast-paced cafe environment
- Ability to multi-task and remain positive in sometimes stressful working conditions
- Frequent walking, standing, bending, stooping, overhead reaching, and stretching
- Lifting no greater than 50 pounds
- Expect to have a schedule with varied shifts, including weekends and holidays
- Lead Crew Members by demonstrating Tropical Smoothie Cafes core values in all interactions
- Comply with the Tropical Smoothie Cafe uniform and personal hygiene polices for each shift
- Successfully completed the Cafe Basics and Certified Trainer Program
