Job Summary
Team Member responsibilities include assisting in inventory training, driving brand values and standards through training and development activities, coaching and developing management and crew members, assisting with hiring and staffing to support under-staffed cafés, supporting new software rollouts and training, ensuring training programs are executed per Tropical Smoothie Cafe and DYNE standards, interacting with crew members, customers, and vendors to deliver Unparalleled Hospitality, maintaining familiarity with each cafe position, completing the Cafe Basics and Certified Trainer Program, ensuring stations operate to Tropical Smoothie Cafe standards, training and coaching crew during shifts, using MyInventory to manage labor and control inventory, and performing additional tasks required to run the cafe.
