Job Summary
Senior-level pre-sales engineer role leading technical guidance for customer accounts. Own end-to-end TRM API-based solution design, platform integration, and customer onboarding; demonstrate architecture and timelines, document integration guides, and collaborate with engineering/product teams to tailor solutions at scale. Build PoCs, support testing and training, manage stakeholder relationships, and stay aligned with product roadmap while advocating enhancements. The role emphasizes leadership in pre-sales engagements, technical excellence, and cross-functional collaboration in a fully remote, globally distributed team.
Required Qualifications
- Professional experience in pre- and post-sales roles such as Senior Solutions Architect, Senior Sales Engineer, or Senior Customer Success Engineer
- Experience collaborating with engineering and product teams to customize API-based SaaS products at scale, including implementation, testing, and launch
- Comfortable scripting in at least one language (e.g., Python, JavaScript, TypeScript) to build PoCs or prototype APIs
- Strong customer-facing skills and ability to communicate complex technical solutions to both technical and non-technical audiences
- Ability to deliver integration documents and guides quickly (1-2 days as per team norms)
- Bonus: previous experience in AI development is highly preferred
