Job Summary
Field Service Technician to diagnose, repair, and maintain heavy machinery and equipment (construction, industrial, agricultural, and government applications) for customer sites. External-facing role focused on customer uptime, utilizing a broad range of resources. Responsibilities include diagnosing and repairing equipment, preventive maintenance, completing time/work reports with clear notes, mentoring other technicians, participating in on-site system audits, and supporting customer product training and promotional events. Requires travel to customer sites on a company service truck, ability to collaborate with other technicians, and adherence to safety policies. High school diploma or GED is required; Diesel/Technician Certificate preferred; 3-5 years of heavy equipment maintenance experience; valid driver’s license and clean driving record; strong written/verbal communication and computer skills.
