Job Summary
Communicate with clients via phone, email, and other channels to understand travel preferences and needs. Research and recommend destinations, accommodations, and activities based on interests and budget. Create customized itineraries including flights, accommodations, transportation, and activities. Book reservations for flights, hotels, car rentals, tours, and other travel services. Maintain accurate records and documentation of all bookings and client interactions. Stay up-to-date on industry trends, travel regulations, and destination information. Collaborate with team members to continuously improve services and offerings. Provide excellent customer service and ensure client satisfaction throughout the entire booking process.
