Job Summary
Communicate with clients via phone, email, and other channels to understand travel preferences and needs. Research and recommend destinations, accommodations, and activities based on client interests and budget. Create customized travel itineraries including flights, accommodations, transportation, and activities. Book reservations for flights, hotels, car rentals, tours, and other travel services. Maintain accurate records and documentation of all bookings and client interactions. Stay up-to-date on industry trends, travel regulations, and destination information. Collaborate with team members to continuously improve services and offerings.
