Trip Consultant on Trek Travel's Sales and Guest Services team drives bookings by turning leads from calls, forms, and marketing into reservations, while delivering hospitality through deep product knowledge of cycling, hiking, and active travel trips. The role uses NetSuite and HubSpot to manage opportunities, maintains guest relationships for repeat bookings, communicates via phone-heavy engagement (5+ hours daily), and collaborates cross-functionally to optimize the booking process and guest experience. Candidates should be able to assess guest goals, bike handling, and fitness to pair guests with the right trip, while embracing AI-assisted workflows and ongoing process improvements.
