Trimmer Trainee

Operate as a member of a tree crew, progressively learning tree pruning, removal, and safety skills. Perform tree identification, prune deadwood, and install cables, bracing, and lightning protection systems. Maintain and operate all tools including chainsaws, chippers, and aerial lifts while assisting in hazardous tree removal. Complete the Davey Tree Trimmer Orientation Program, First Aid, CPR, and defensive driving courses upon hire.
