Job Summary
Lead by example in trim sheet coil production on 3rd shift (Sunday–Thursday, 10pm–6am). Responsible for all aspects of trim sheet production including machine operation, material inspection, packaging, order consolidation, and material handling, with documentation of production records and quality checks. Requires prior manufacturing lead experience and strong reading/writing/math skills; must maintain safety, reduce downtime and scrap, and ensure adherence to SOPs while maintaining a clean, safe work environment. Must lift up to 50 pounds, stand for long periods, and communicate effectively with team members.
Required Qualifications
- Previous manufacturing Lead experience required
- Previous manufacturing/ machine operator experience required
- Good job history required
- Must be able to read, write and perform basic math skills as job duties require
- Must possess common sense, positive attitude, and demonstrate excellent attendance
- Must be quality and safety conscious, a team player
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds on a continual basis above shoulder height and below the waist
- Must have good verbal and written communication skills and be able to interact with people
- Extensive standing, frequent bending, sitting, lifting, pulling, pushing, reaching, twisting and walking
- Must be at least 18 years of age to apply
