Job Summary
The Trim Operator is responsible for operating and maintaining trim fabrication machinery, ensuring accurate production of trim components while managing inventory and quality standards in a manufacturing environment.
Required Qualifications
- At least 1 year of experience in the roofing, building products, or sheet metal industry.
- Proven experience working effectively in a team environment.
- Basic math skills, including the ability to calculate fractions, percentages, and angles accurately.
- Familiarity with sheet metal, trim fabrication, and related equipment.
- Good organizational and time management skills with a keen eye for detail.
- Ability to consistently lift objects weighing more than 50 lbs.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
