Job Summary
Research and develop all trim components including packaging, negotiate price reductions, and source new or existing trims from overseas vendors. Maintain quality control on bulk trims, conduct testing, and work with vendors to resolve quality issues while establishing necessary standards. Monitor production requirements to manage inventory levels, manage WIP charts, and instruct suppliers on corporate testing and inspection policies. Communicate label and packaging details to factories seasonally and maintain a seasonal trim library for efficient sourcing. Settle vendor and factory issues, ensuring accurate information flow for new trim development. Bachelor's degree preferred with five years of experience; salary range $80K–$90K.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years of experience
- Must be very organized and detail oriented
- Great time management and ability to multi-task
