Job Summary
Install baseboards, crown molding, door casings, and other trim components. Read and interpret plans to execute trim layouts accurately. Measure, cut, and assemble materials with precision. Maintain clean and organized job sites. Coordinate with supervisors and other trades to keep projects on schedule. Identify and resolve minor issues in the field to maintain quality standards. Requires 2–5 years of experience in finish carpentry or trim installation; ability to travel to residential job sites; read basic construction plans; work independently and as part of a team.
