Job Summary
Perform trim carpentry installations and repairs on residential job sites, focusing on detail and efficiency with interior trim, doors, hardware, blinds, and punch work. Use hand and power tools safely while maintaining site cleanliness, following safety protocols, and inspecting work quality. Manage daily tasks using digital tools and transport materials as needed with your own vehicle. This role requires standing, lifting up to 75 lbs, and operating equipment in active construction sites with varying weather conditions. Full-time employment includes weekly pay, health insurance, and 401(k) matching.
Required Qualifications
- Experience in carpentry, particularly trim carpentry
- Own tools
- Smartphone
- Valid driver license
- Insured vehicle for daily use
- Must be willing and able to use a personal vehicle to transport materials as needed
- Physical capability to meet job demands, including standing and lifting up to 75 lbs
- Ability to pass background check and drug screening per company policy
