Job Summary
Perform trim carpentry installations and repairs on residential job sites, specializing in interior trim, doors, hardware, blinds, punch work, and warranty services. Use hand tools and power tools safely while maintaining site cleanliness, following safety protocols, and inspecting work quality. Utilize digital tools daily for task management and transport materials as needed using your own insured vehicle. This full-time W2 role includes weekly pay, steady local work, and opportunities for growth within Stier Supply Company's install teams across the Southeast U.S. Team members receive ongoing safety training, provided PPE, and access to tool assistance and material purchase programs.
Required Qualifications
- Experience in carpentry, particularly trim carpentry
- Own tools
- Smartphone
- Valid driver license
- Insured vehicle for daily use
- Must be willing and able to use a personal vehicle to transport materials as needed
- Physical capability to meet job demands, including standing and lifting up to 75 lbs
- Ability to pass background check and drug screening per company policy
- Authorized to work for any US employer
