Job Summary
Support customers, courier partners, and venues via live chat and phone to ensure delivery operations run smoothly. Collaborate with the support team and other internal groups to develop the support function. Work full-time 40-hour weeks across morning, day, evening, and night shifts to cover 24/7 operations. Must be fluent in Azerbaijan, Russian, and English, and able to work directly from the office. Complete mandatory introduction training during the first two weeks.
