Job Summary
Trilingual Customer Service Representative handling patient-focused calls for Guideway Care (Sequence Health) from a US remote-enabled environment. Responsibilities include prompt professional telephone interactions, entering accurate demographic data into the EMR, answering questions, guiding callers to appropriate departments, supporting call-flow improvements, meeting call-volume standards, and adhering to HIPAA and internal policies. The role requires multitasking across systems, strong written and spoken communication in English, Spanish, and Brazilian Portuguese, and the ability to work remotely from a HIPAA-compliant home office with reliable internet. Experience in healthcare, call centers, or customer service is preferred, along with scheduling experience and proficiency with Microsoft Office. Shift is 11:30 AM - 8:00 PM CST; salary range is $18-$21/hour depending on skills and experience. This position is employed by Sequence Health on behalf of Guideway Care, with no visa sponsorship and a strong emphasis on teamwork, patient care, and compliance.
Required Qualifications
- 1+ years of healthcare, sales, or customer service experience - preferably in a contact center environment
- 1+ years experience working in a call center
- 1+ years experience working in a medical or healthcare environment preferred
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, and Outlook) and Internet
- Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information
- Ability to multi-task using several systems and multiple monitors at the same time
- Proficient with technology, software applications, and phone systems
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills - positive and proactive, works collaboratively with others to identify opportunities to improve results
- Trilingual in English, Spanish, and Brazilian Portuguese
