Job Summary
Define and execute the Tricentis platform strategy and multi-year roadmap, including automation maturity and AI-enabled testing capabilities. Lead enterprise-wide adoption of Tricentis across Enterprise Services, the PST program, and Business Units by establishing governance, standards, and operating models. Harmonize test automation frameworks, reusable assets, and processes while optimizing licensing, vendor relationships, and consumption models to maximize business value. Drive platform scalability, reliability, security, and operational excellence by defining KPIs, service-level metrics, and quality dashboards. Partner with Enterprise Services, PST leadership, Business Units, Product Managers, Solution Architects, and Delivery teams to ensure alignment, remove cross-functional roadblocks, and present strategy to senior leadership. Establish Tricentis as the enterprise standard for quality engineering automation.
Required Qualifications
- University Degree or equivalent experience
- Minimum 12 years prior relevant experience
- Advanced Degree in a related field
- Minimum 10 years experience (with Advanced Degree)
- Proven experience leading enterprise-scale test automation programs
- Strong technical understanding of Tricentis tools, platforms, and automation capabilities
- Demonstrated ability to define and execute platform strategies
- Demonstrated ability to establish governance models and operating frameworks
- Experience partnering with technical teams, business stakeholders, and executive leadership
- Ability to drive cross-functional alignment
- Experience leading enterprise initiatives involving multiple organizations
- Experience developing KPIs, dashboards, and metrics for platform or tooling adoption
- Proven ability to manage vendor relationships
- Proven ability to optimize enterprise licensing models
- U.S. citizenship
